PJHD worked with the new  home owner to design a contemporary custom new build. Taking advantage of the views, the architect created subtle angles, allowing the home to wrap along a peninsula ridge.  This homeowner is waiting for the right time to build on a 80 acre property high on a ridge with exceptional panoramic views of Shasta, Larsen and the surrounding mountains.
